Visiting the Paris Catacombs: what to know
You need a timed ticket, and the Catacombs are closed on Mondays. They reopened in April 2026 after works. The hours listed to 20 December 2026 are Tuesday to Sunday, 9:45 am to 8:30 pm.
The way in is at 1 avenue du Colonel Henri Rol-Tanguy. The metro stop is Denfert-Rochereau. There are no restrooms on site, and animals are not allowed.
The Catacombs are not in the Paris Museum Pass. Most listings say they do not suit people with heart, breathing or mobility problems.
The Catacombs and the Eiffel Tower are booked the same way: see Eiffel Tower tickets.
